Job Description: KEY OBJECTIVES AND PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Essential Requirement

• Support the Head of Lang Lebah Development Planning Section in negotiations,
• reviewing, drafting, and finalizing operational agreement contracts.
• Responsible for key operational agreements including but not limited to Power
• purchase agreement, Land Sublease Agreement, water supply agreement, common
• facilities agreement, Sulphur Sale Agreement, Right of Ways, Crossing Agreement,
• Construction and Tie-In Agreement (CTIA), Land Use Agreement (LUA) etc.
• Effectively manage and ensure the implementation and compliance of the
• established operational and commercial contracts.
• Coordinate meetings related to interfaces and key operational agreements, both
• internally and externally, to initiate discussions and formalize settlements for both
• commercial and technical support.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Mandatory

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the upstream Oil & Gas industry.
• Experiences with operational agreements for instance Power purchase agreement, Land
• Sublease Agreement, water supply agreement, common facilities agreement, Sulphur
• Sale Agreement, Right of Ways, Pipeline Crossing Agreement, Construction and Tie-In
• Agreement (CTIA), Land Use Agreement (LUA) etc.
• Strong teamwork, communications, and leadership skills.
• University degree (or similar qualification) in Engineering, or related fields of study.
