Job Description: Job Summary :
The Subcontracting Engineer is responsible for managing construction subcontract and claim during EPC Project execution stage.

Key Responsibilities :
Update subcontract status and summarize major changes for ongoing projects.
Administer subcontract to comply with company’s standard rules, terms, maintain schedule and minimize contractual dispute.
Participate in review and negotiation of subcontractor claims
Interface with the project team to confirm overall project requirements are being achieved with respect to contract management.
Discover frequent argue point with subcontractor to enhance standard subcontract agreement and related documents.
Organize history of all claim, change order and back charge under subcontract

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in subcontracting engineer or administrator. Project based experience within Oil and Gas industry or Petrochemical industry in EPC Companies.
Comprehensive knowledge of oil/gas/petrochemical or power plants construction issues and the cost/schedule/risk factors associated
Bachelor's degree in engineering or contractual major qualification
Fluent in English
Basic knowledge to use Microsoft Excel
