Job Description: Qualifications & Certifications:
  • Bachelor of Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent and Master in HR is preferred.

Experience:
 
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR
  • Strong knowledge in Human Resource process and function within the organization with
  • hands-on experiences in Human Resources operations.
  • Trained in HRIS & TMS

Skill / Attributes / Competencies
  • Good level of verbal and written communication in English.
  • Good team player and positive attitude.
  • Possess analytical skill with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to competently and safely perform duties defined in the job description
  • Knowledge in HRIS software (SAP/Oracle etc.), Payroll System, Microsoft Office and computer literate
Main Responsibilities


The Human Resources & Administration Executive is the designated “person in charge” of managing, supporting, and administering human resources programs, procedures, processes and practices in accordance with the company regulations. The position is expected to proactively identify and collaborate for increased performance, reliability, and efficiency in compliance with the Human Resources related policies.



Minimum Job Functions

Includes, but is not limited to and not in order of priority:

 
  • Administer the Human Resources department’s programs, procedures, processes, practices and documentation
  • Responsible for providing Human Resources support and expertise in a timely manner and proactively collaborate for increased performance and efficiency
  • Responsible for recruiting and staffing (new hire documentation, registration, orientation and communicating with the respective Departments)
  • Shall support all Human Resources policies and objectives for the Company that will establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation, and that comply with policies, procedures, programs and laws
  • Organize and supervise the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office.
  • Monitor adherence & coordinates training to as per company requirement and proactively and timely support Training related tasks/arrangement
  • Provide clerical and general administrative support in general administrative duties, data entry, filing and other ad hoc duties as required
  • May be required to perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by the Management
