Job Title: Senior Procurement/Subcontract Engineer

Job Type: Permanent

Location: Bangkok

Job Description: 1、Complete the formulation and execution of procurement strategy and procurement plan;
2、Prepare and issue the RFQ documents ;
3、Ensure that the bidding documents are received within the required time or extend the bidding time as needed;
4、Coordinate responses to supplier clarifications;
5、Organize meetings with bidders and other related parties to negotiate with potentially successful bidders to obtain the best cost options;
6、Conduct commercial evaluation of bids, prepare bid-winning proposals, letters of intent/purchase orders;
7、Update procurement status reports;
8、Establish and maintain supplier relationships, including communicating and negotiating with suppliers;
9、Receive and visit supplier representatives to keep abreast of the latest developments, negotiate price, service, quality or other matters;
10、dentify inefficiencies in the supply chain;
11、Complete other tasks assigned by Party A.

Education:
1、Bachelor degree or above;
2、Basic ability requirements: proficient in operating all kinds of conventional office software; good communication and negotiation skills and execution skills; hard-working, teamwork spirit, can work overtime at any time, and obey Party A's arrangements.
3、5 years or more of business management experience in the procurement indust Thai Petroleum or Petronas is preferred.
4、Professional ability requirements: proficient in material procurement and subcontracting related bidding business, and can accurately grasp relevant laws, regulations, policies and regulations;
5、The personnel are competent for the procurement/subcontracting work of offshore oil and gas engineering projects;
6、Fluent in writing emails and oral communication in English; proficient in writing project-related documents and letters in English, proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
