Job Title: Contract Administrator
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Chatuchak
Job Description: Qualification & Certification: Degree in Quantity Survey Engineering from recognized Higher Learning Institution. Registered with Board of Engineering Thailand or other countries

Experience: At least 6 years of experience in oil and gas in either subcontracting or contract administration or both

Skill / Attributes / Competencies    
  • Good in analytical, written and communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Good project management skills such as planning and organizing

Main Responsibilities
  • Responsible for identifying a group of vendors from who services might be contracted.
  • Establishing a procedure, identifying a responsible person and establishing a timeframe for handling noncompliance
  • Prepare Invitation to Bid.
  • Manage bidding process and coordinating with upper management, selecting the winning proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts.
  • Ensure legal compliance.
  • Inform organization about contract terms.
  • Monitor implementation.
