Job Description: Responsibilities:
• Perform the work compliance to the procurement process in W3
• Review gap analysis between the practical process vs procurement process in W3 with comments and feedback to the superior.
• Take the leader role towards the procurement package responsible as well as assist to the buyer for all procurement activities.
• Establish commercial section of Inquiry, PO, Blanket Order and Call-offs as well as compiling and issue the complete set of documents.
• Establish individual package strategies
• Commercial evaluation of bids and identify deviations to purchase conditions as well as producing short lists and joint recommendations with commercial focus on cost saving / reduction and negotiation.
• Arrange Bid Clarification Meetings
• Input to all-inclusive package budget and establish milestone payment plan when applicable
• Single point of contact and responsible to ensure update of MA file before PO/LOI award
• Input to package follow-up plan
• Establish milestones and dates in the procurement milestone plan (PMP) and report status to plan
• Input to cost, progress and status reporting, reporting cost
• Issue material call-offs
• Execute package release and Issue of Material Release Note to Supplier and (Freight Forwarder) in cooperation with Material & MTO Coordinator.
• Commercial close out
• Ensure that responsibility for personnel is discharged in accordance with the company's management principles
• Report and handle complaints and conflict
• Reports to superior on work status and anticipate critical activities which might have an effect on project/job execution
Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Marketing
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in procurement related to the materials / product for the business area of Oil & Gas Operation services.
• Manage the work with results oriented and work as a team.
• English skill a good in writing, reading, speaking and interaction. Required minimum TOEIC score 500
• Computer skill in Microsoft software, SAP MM Module.
