Job Description: Responsibilities
• The job holder is accountable for manage and Customs Clearance, Inland Transportation, Customs Privileges, Bonded Warehouse, BOI compliance to the authorities regulation and requirement and meet to the Company's business operation and its projects. Implementation of outsourcing and risks management.
• Overall responsible and accountable of the logistics and material management refer to the area of accountability.
• Ensure the organization, capacity, capability, qualifications, and competency match to the scope of work and target of achievement.
• Ensure the compliance of work achievement meet to the authority’s requirement and the organization strategy and target of achievement.
• Follow up and Managed, supervision, monitoring and coaching the team to enable the daily tasks with result oriented.
• Managed, supervision, monitoring and advise to the frame agreement supplier.
• Always bring the competitive advantage solution to the organization the whole supply chain and logistics perspective.
• Seek out information of each scenario prior to get through the conclusion.
• Reporting, analytical with statistic reflection the forecast, trending enable the LEAN concept for increase of productivity and cost reduction.
• Keep own personnel regularly informed of the company's activities and seek such information.
• Give own personnel updated job descriptions, when necessary, which clearly define their areas of responsibility and check that their responsibilities are being discharged.
• Ability to emphasize associate training.

Qualification
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Industrial Engineering/Engineering Logistics/Supply Chain Management
• 5-10 years’ experience in Logistics fields in the business area of Oil & Gas Service Operation.
• Professional in managerial / leadership / coaching / people / delegation / problem solving skill.
• English must be mandatory in writing and orally with minimum TOEIC score 700
• Good cooperation and being a driving force in streamlining the procurement process and project execution.
• Computer skill in Microsoft Software and SAP MM Module
