Job Description – Legal Counsel Corporate M&A, Transactions, Financing
Key Roles & Responsibilities
• to provide general corporate and transactional support.
• assist in drafting and preparing of market entry research and documentation.
• assisting in the preparation and drafting of the incorporation documents such
as articles of associations, resolutions, internal documentations, etc.
• assist in drafting, amending and reviewing all corporate/support
services/procurement and non-maritime commercial related agreements.
• assist in the drafting and reviewing business transaction documentation, such
as business/purchase agreements, general terms and conditions, non- disclosure agreement, procurement contracts, general agreements/contracts etc.
• assist in review of banking/loan and financing related agreements;
• attend to all administrative work related to the corporate section of the legal
department.
• perform other job-related duties as assigned in a timely manner.
