REQUIREMENTS
Minimum bachelor’s degree in metallurgical/Welding Engineering /Mechanical
Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10-12 years of experience associated with qualification, development & interpretation of WPSs/PQRs and all sort of Welding activities within the Oil & Gas
Construction Industry.
• Qualifications in Welding (IWE/ EWE) & Materials fields are essential. Minimum of 03 years post certification & relevant experience with a reputed EPC contractor or
consultant working on a large scale/capital project.
• Optional & added advantage having ASNT/PCN NDT Level II (RT, UT, PT, MT, AUT), and Welding (CSWIP 3.1 or 3.2.2), certified ASQ -CQI lead Auditor ISO
9001 2015.
• Experience with multi-national contractors or consultants, particularly in construction of offshore structural steels, subsea structures at onshore and
offshore construction projects & production facilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge & understanding of various internationally recognised construction codes (AWS D1.1, ISO 15614, API 1104, ASME Sec IX etc) relevant
to WPSs/PQRs/PQT & WQT etc.
