Your missions

In a multicultural professional environment, around a large-scale industrial project, you will be responsible for the coordination of the development of the offer, its quality and the good management of the interfaces, under the responsibility and in direct support of the Project Director.

As the project team is made up of people of different nationalities, internal exchanges and working meetings will be mainly in English.

The Offer will however be written entirely in French.


- Ensure the steering, the follow-up, the coordination of the production of the deliverables of the offer.

- Organization of working and follow-up meetings.

- Preparation of the managerial validation stages (commitment committees...).

- Management of interfaces with the other divisions of the team: Economic & Financial, Technical & Environmental or Territorial Development & Socio-industrial.

- Preparing the framework for writing the offer: document templates, graphic charter, writing rules, etc.


- Writing certain parts of the Offer :

in particular the transversal parts, based on the technical and economic elements that will be provided by the different poles of the project team (Development, Technical, Purchasing, Bid Structuring, Legal, Financial...)

Produce and/or harmonize the graphic elements of the Offer: diagrams, schematics, tables, various illustrations, with the support of a cartographer and a graphic designer.


- Organize and contribute to the final proofreading of the offer.

Harmonize and make coherent the whole Offer. Ensure the final submission of the Offer in accordance with the AO4 specifications.


- Schedules

Develop and maintain a schedule for the constitution of the offer by identifying the different phases, milestones and critical deadlines and interfaces.

With the contribution of the project team, to elaborate and keep up to date also the schedules concerning the realization of the project. (development and construction).


- Risk mapping:   

With input from the project team leaders, develop and maintain the Project risk map to be used for both bidding and internal engagement committees.


- Budget: 

Prepare regular budget reports to the Project Director and steering committees regarding the tracking of bid response costs.

- Bid writing :

- Writing skills, in particular in response to calls for tenders

- Ability to process information and synthesize it

- Financial :

- Management of a budget of several million Euros.

- Management of large complex industrial projects;

- Experience in multidisciplinary projects.

Minimum qualifications required

Engineering degree, business school or equivalent.

Approximately 10 years of experience in large-scale project management roles, including bidding on tenders, with public tenders being a plus.

Experience in renewable energies, particularly wind power (offshore), is a plus.

Excellent communication skills in French and English (written and oral).
