Key Responsibilities:
Technical Service & Support:
• Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of DeltaV
DCS systems.
• Conduct system diagnostics, upgrades, and performance tuning.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.
Sales & Business Development:
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and propose DeltaV-
based solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and cost estimates.
• Support pre-sales activities including site surveys, technical clarifications, and bid
preparation.
Project Execution:
• Lead or support DCS project implementation from design to handover.
• Interface with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project success. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Training & Documentation:
• Train end-users and junior engineers on DeltaV systems.
