Job Description:
Provides support and assistance to Al Khalij Asset entities in the expertise of project control management and follow-up of the
developments related to the upgrade of TEEPQ offshore facilities (wellhead platforms and Halul plant).
• Manages and follows up project control activities (budget, invoicing, planning, risk, document control) in relation to the ongoing 20inch
pipeline replacement project
• Support is given through the overall life cycle of the project (from Start/Mobilization to Completion/Demobilization)
• Yearly follow-up of RFM related to projects, Planning Tasks (1000+ lines 5WLA, 4MLA, 24M), Invoices (1200), 100 Contracts/Call-offs,
Procurement (200 POs/2300 Line items), PRODOM (8000 docs), Reporting (75).
• Focal point for finance for cost control, budget and PDC exercises.
• Drives performance and planning improvements in the asset, identifying possible optimisation and working with asset management team
to put improvements in place.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Engineer, Business or Science diploma, or equivalent
Professional experience: experience as in Projects, Project Control Manager and team management
Technical competencies: Good knowledge of the industrial context.
Behavioural competencies: Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Other competencies: Good English (minimum of level 3.5/B2 on the Bright test).
