Job Title: Receptionist

Job Description: Receptionist role (50%)
• Manage the reception by answering, transferring, and screening all
incoming calls as appropriate.
• Maintain and update the company telephone list.
• Receive and distribute internal & external mails/couriers.
• Maintain the daily, weekly, and monthly attendees & absentees
report as required.
General Services role (45%)
• To be a focal point in contact with drivers and dealing with the
driver's company for related documents
• Manage the pool cars reservation for company staff.
• Manage the internal meeting room reservation and arrange the
meeting-related; refreshments, catering and etc.
• Assist in dealing with hotel reservation for the short- term &
Long-term stay including the outside meeting room arrangement.
• Assist in some travel arrangements; to apply for roaming package,
book domestic air ticket & hotel.
• Assist in dealing with office supplies, office mobile number,
stationery.
• Manage office supplies, stationery stock and office refreshments
are well prepared and maintain the monthly record as required.
• Assist to control the maid to deliver the proper services.
• Initiating payments through BPM systems streamlines the payment
process, enhances accountability, and helps ensure payments are
made accurately and on time,
Health & Safety (5%)
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the
workplace.
• Assist for facility management, control the office maintenance and
upkeep of the office space. This involves ensuring that the office is
clean, safe, and well-organized.
