Job Description: The below is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.
Role Specific Responsibilities
• To operate the Project in a visible and systematic manner by the provision of:
   o Software based fit up analysis
   o Project Reporting o Assistance to Senior Production Superintendent where required.
   o Attendance of onboard meetings
   o Interface with onshore project and operations team o Interface/Coordination for Mobilisation & Demobilisation
• The Offshore Project Engineer (OPE) shall ensure that the Company Policies and Procedures for Health, Safety, Environment and Quality are implemented and where required amended by project specific procedures.
• The Offshore Project Engineer shall be part of the fit-up analysis team led by the OMS lead Operator, the OPE shall be responsible for the fit-up analysis when the OMS Operator is not available.
• The Offshore Project Engineer will take his lead from the CRCE Senior Production Superintendent for production activities.
• The Offshore Project Engineer shall along with the Senior Production Superintendent ensure that the Offshore Team (OT) carries out.
  o Toolbox Talks
  o Risk Assessments
• The Project Engineer shall have the responsibility to monitor the individual project/job to ensure productivity is being maintained and reporting to the Production Supervisor. The monitoring/reporting can be provided through means of the information being supplied through the Welding Engineering or Production Supervisor. On identifying a lack of productivity or equipment issues which may be due to several circumstances, the Offshore Project Engineer shall immediately inform the Senior Production Superintendent and assist in collating any information to support the correction and or improvement.
• The frequency or reporting required by the client shall be advised the Project Manager and the Offshore Project Engineer will coordinate the issuing if the required reporting, that being daily, weekly etc. Differences and preferences do exist from client to client, and it is therefore necessary to establish the basis of detail at the commencement of the project in consultation with the Project Manager.
• As agreed between the Project Manager, Senior Production Superintendent and the Offshore Project Engineer a frequency for internal reporting shall be identified, this to include as a minimum:
   o Productivity
   o Equipment
   o Personnel
   o HSE
   o Quality
   o Work scope changes
   o Requirements for premium time working
   o AOB
• Completion and submission of all timesheets/job sheets/work reports on a daily or weekly basis as required by the Project and Operations Manager.
• The Offshore Project Engineer is encouraged to provide Feedback / Recommendations / Suggested Improvements / Near Misses / Problems to their Manager.
• Perform any other duties within the range of skills of the post holder, as required.
• Be familiar with and adhere to all CRCE/Site QHSE project related procedures. • Carry out duties safely and efficiently in line with the Company QHSE policies and report any unsafe conditions or incidents in the workplace, including damaged equipment or facilities.
