Short summary of the role
- Compile and maintain HSE statistics including incident reports, near misses, audits, inspections, and training records.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for internal and external HSE meetings, training sessions, and reports.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to track and analyze HSE data, generate charts, and maintain PowerBI dashboards.
- Assist in the development and distribution of HSE communications and bulletins.
- Maintain HSE documentation and filing systems in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
- Support the HSE team in organizing training sessions, safety drills, and awareness campaigns.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an administrative role, preferably within HSE or a similar environment.
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel PowerPoint, Word (A must)
